Weight-training done for the week – brain-training has only just begun.

After a good week weight training at the gym, I have a rest weekend ahead – well, a physical rest maybe….

… I won’t be lifting any more weights until Monday….

I’ll try not to be running around much either…

…it will be feet up but it will be work just the same. I’m off to do a rather intensive poetry weekend workshop. Weight-training, by comparison, would be a walk in the park.
