Letting it all out can stop you having a brain haemorrhage.

This might be my favourite piece of graffiti and I don’t want to know if it is real or a photographic trick because I often identify with the sentiment. Things build up inside all of us at times and then an internal battle begins where part of you tries to keep things safely hidden from view whilst the other part wants to do just what this picture describes – cut away the defences and let it all go. Maybe that is what happened to me when I had a brain haemorrhage – the doctors have never came up with an “underlying cause.” So as I approach the third anniversary of that burst dam moment on the 30th. October, I shall remember this photo and continue down my chosen path of not allowing deep waters to build up inside.
I advice you all to do the same.
